Savannah Boot Company will gladly accept your returns for exchange or refund* within 30 days of purchase. Merchandise must be in as-new condition (tags, packaging intact, unwashed, unworn). Sorry, no returns on monogrammed merchandises.
You must have a printed copy of your receipt for all returns, exchanges and warranty returns.
Boots may be exchanged or returned only if the soles and leather are unscratched and the boots are in as-new condition. When trying on boots, be sure to walk in a carpeted area until you are sure your boots fit correctly.
A $10.00 restocking fee applies to special order items.

Does Savannah Boot offer a warranty?
Savannah Boot does not offer any warranty explicit or implied on items sold, however we gladly participate in all of our manufacturer's warranty programs.
Manufacturer warranty's differ per product so it is important that you read all accompanying information supplied with the product. Many manufacturers require that the item be shipped back to their testing departments prior to return approval. We ask that you understand this process may take some time to get a final delineation of warranty approval. Items returned to manufacturers are typically destroyed in testing and may not be available for return if they do not meet the warranty guidelines.
